The exterior of this home had seen better days The siding was not uniform in appearance, and the trim did not accent it's shape.

The siding was removed and replaced with a more dramatic color and contrasting trim. The garage roof was raised and a decorative gable with scroll work added giving the home a grander appeal.

The whole treatment brought out the detail in the home's architectural features.

The existing fireplace was transformed with a ceramice surround and custom arched oak mantel that traversed the entire wall including built-in oak bookcases on either side. Oak crown moulding trimmed this room with oak trim throughout the rest of the house.

Recessed lighting provided the final touch for that perfect glowing atmosphere on a cold winter night.

A room at the rear of the home off the kitchen was turned into an all seasons sun room with all new full height windows and doorwall to let in as much light as possible.

The floor was covered in ceramic tile to give it a southern appeal.
