Although the exterior of this home was not in need of repair nor was it unpleasant, the owner needed more room.

And the dated style of the early 1960's though functional was not an eye catcher.

The exterior of this home was completely removed and the roof line raised. The existing garage was gutted and expanded into a a new living area.

A new garage was constructed at the rear of the home.

The extended roof line provided room for cathedral ceilings that created a whole different atmosphere inside. A cedar shake roof replaced all the shingles and the drastically changed the street appeal.

Two dormers were added to the roof line in front to enhanse the front elevation, and the backyard featured a new patio paved in bluestone pavers giving it a very natural appearance.

A second natural fireplace was added to the renovated garage living area. New windows throughout provided more light and improved energy efficiency.

The front porch was expanded and the roof extended with columns giving a grand entrance. All new brick and trim.

New cabinets were added to the kichen and new flooring and oak trim throughout the house were all that were left to bring this one home.
